The Cuteness

Ella had a great first day of first grade! She came home very excited to tell us all the details. I just love listening to her enthusiasm about things. And I love that she actually wants to tell me everything (my girl knows I like all the details!) She was telling me about this and that...but I about died laughing when she told me about how one of her friends from last year told her new friend that he couldn't play with them. And then the valley girl in her came out with, "I mean, like, how rude is that?!" And I was all like, "I know, right?! Whatever!" Just kidding! I didn't say that, but I did think it. She didn't miss a beat, she just kept on talking! Oh the drama that emerges from that girl! I'm so so glad she had a great first day and pray that it is one great year! I can't believe I have a first grader!
